The website supports alumni communication, association activities, events, donations, news, galleries and a limited public member directory.
2. Accurate and authorised submissions
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not impersonate another person. A directory correction should be submitted only by the member concerned or a person authorised to act for that member. SUEXSA may verify, approve, reject or remove submissions.
3. Directory use
The public directory is provided for genuine alumni purposes and displays approved names only. You must not scrape, harvest, copy in bulk, profile, spam, harass, or use directory information for unsolicited marketing or unlawful purposes.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, upload malicious files, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing material.
5. Content and intellectual property
Website design, branding and association-created content belong to SUEXSA or their respective owners. A person submitting content confirms that they have the right to do so and permits SUEXSA to review and, if approved, display it for association purposes. Contact us if content should be corrected or removed.
6. Donations and third-party services
Donation information must be accurate. Online donations are available for Indian citizens using domestic funds in India. Monthly giving authorises the amount and duration displayed at checkout; contact suexsaofficial@gmail.com to request cancellation of future payments. Any receipt, tax treatment, refund or acknowledgement is subject to applicable law and SUEXSA verification. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every item is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, SUEXSA is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on website content or temporary unavailability.
